Terms of Service
Last updated June 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of pfouge.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. This is a personal and professional site operated by Peter Fougerousse.
The site is informational
The content here, including articles and case material, is provided for general information about my work and point of view. It is not professional, legal, financial, or business advice, and nothing on the site creates a client relationship or a guarantee of any particular result.
Consultations and engagements
Booking a consultation through this site is an introduction, not a binding agreement to perform work. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and me, which sets out scope, fees, and terms. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and other content on this site are mine unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read and share links to it. Please do not republish or reproduce substantial portions without permission. Client work referenced on the site is anonymized and remains confidential.
No warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. I do my best to keep it accurate and online, but I make no warranties that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Your use of the site is at your own discretion and risk.
External links
The site may link to third-party sites or tools, including a calendar booking provider. I am not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Michigan.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
